What is CRIS

We have two locations in order to serve the CRIS regional MLS effectively. Our Canton office handles membership coordination and our Akron office handles management services. Our goal is to help CRIS provide to its roughly 5,000 members operating in a nine-county region from seven different REALTOR® boards with superior and cost effective tools that our membership needs to make the business of buying and selling real estate easier and more productive.

Executive Staff

Chris Carrillo - CRIS Executive Director - CRIS Executive Officer. Oversees all areas of the CRIS Regional MLS corporation/organization including member/vendor relations, technical support, communications, shareholder association relations, MLS rules and regulations, finance, membership and liaison with directors and the CRIS Board of Directors. Jennifer Welch - CRIS Executive Assistant and Office Manager - Assistant to the CRIS Executive Officer. Please contact Jennifer regarding issues not falling into other categories and issues related to the CRIS board of directors. Handles calls regarding:

CRIS Staff

Jackie Hineline - CRIS Rules and Regulations Administrator - Addresses issues related to CRIS rules and regulations. As a liaison to the rules and regulations task foce Jackie works with members to address matters related to potential CRIS rules violations. Please contact Jackie regarding audits, compaints, and rules and regulations questsions. Handles calls regarding:


Heather Shupe - CRIS Membership & IDX Administrator - Handles issues related to CRIS membership and CRIS dues. Please contact Heather regarding CRIS dues, billing, changes in membership information, and general membership questions. Handles calls regarding:


Jeff Hudson - CRIS Technical Support Coordinator - Addresses issues of a technical nature. Works to resolve problems with the MLS and related software and provides tier two support for the MLS and CRIS email. Provides primary level support for Realist.com. Works with the Software Enhancement Task Force to improve services. Please contact Jeff for technical issues not resolved by the Rapattoni Helpdesk or Delta Media Group Support. Jeff Hudson - CRIS Webmaster - Responsible for maintenance and updating of the CRIS website. Handles strategic planning and implementation of new web features. Please contact Jeff with any issues or suggestions for this website. Handles calls regarding:


Beth Klaes - CRIS Financial Controller - Press "4" on voice menu
