RETS support is available from Rapattoni RETS Support at 1-866-730-7114 (ask for RETS Support) or by e-mail at rets@rapattoni.com
Include as much detail as possible including query used, transaction logs, complete error message received, etc. Also, send a copy of any IDX support requests to CRIS Membership & IDX Administrator Heather Pyers at heather.pyers@crismls.com
