To all CRIS MLS Brokers and Office Managers: Please know that when accepting transferring Agents into your office who were members of the Northern Ohio Regional MLS (NORMLS) it may take up to three (3) business days for their Contacts/Prospects to be transferred to their new CRIS MLS ID. CRIS MLS is currently working on an improved process that will allow this transfer to happen sooner but until that procedure is completed Agents will have to either manually input their saved prospects again or wait until the transfer is complete. We appreciate your patience and understanding with this process. |

UNLICENSED PERSONAL ASSISTANT
ACCESS Have an unlicensed personal assistant? Sign them up for their own ID!  Formerly we had what were called “Multiple Logins”. Any member could request an additional login to their own ID for their unlicensed personal assistant (s). This would allow the member and their assistant to work under the same ID and password without kicking the other off the MLS. This created a security issue, as we had no way to police who was logging in at any given time. The new Personal Assistant membership will require that all unlicensed personal assistants apply for membership by filling out the Personal Assistant application. Once processed they will get their own ID & password to the MLS. Although using their own ID & password the personal assistant will be able to do work for another due to the “Authorize Agent ID Sharing” option. This allows them to login under their own personal ID yet be able to click over and “work as” the member they are working for.
