Installing TrueForms Online plug-in add-on for Internet Explorer

 

When you pull up the Listing Detail for a property in NEOHREX, you will see the TrueForms logo below the listing pictures...
 
 
 
The following window will open; click the Install TrueForms Online Add-on button...
 
 
 
Click the Run button to download the Add-on...
 
 
 
Click Run again to install the Add-on...
 
 
 
 
 
Click the Finish button when installation is complete...
 
 
 
Click the green Click here to Start TrueForms Online button...
 
 
 
Click the yellow notification bar at the top of the window, then click Install Add-on...
 
 
 
TrueForms will open to a Transaction Profile Sheet with the listing details pre-entered...

Opening TrueForms Online Outside of NEOHREX

 
In Programs, click TrueFormsOnline Login...
 
 
 
Login with your NEOHREX credentials...
 
 
 
TrueForms will open at the Getting Started dialog; click Access the Forms Library...
 
 
 
The NEOHREX Forms Library opens from left...
 
 
 
Hold down the Control (Ctrl) key to click-select more than one form...
 
 
 
The selected forms are loaded...
 
 
 
Click the Add Selected Forms button...
 
 
 
Click Current Transactions to view all loaded forms...
 
 
 
Enter pertinent information on one form...
 
 
 
...and common information automatically appear on the other forms...

Creating A Forms Package

 

A package is a predetermined set of forms, typically related to one type of transaction

Click the Forms Package tab...

 
 


Click the Create/Edit Forms Package button...

Enter a name for your package and click OK...
 
 
 
Select the forms and click the Add Forms button...

Click Add button to enter your recipients email address...

Striking Words, Phrases or Sections

Select the word, phrase or section, Right-click the selected section, then click Strike...

To All NEOHREX Brokers:

I am happy to get a quote out to you and your group to put your custom forms up on TrueForms Online.  Please see below a summary what I need from you in order to do that:

Required for Company forms on TrueForms Online

1)     Custom Site $495.00 – one time fee

2)     Custom Company Forms input fees $50.00 / Page (discounted rate through August 24th 2010.  Standard rates are $100.00 page)

What we need from you to give a quote:

1)     Custom forms you want to input in MS Word or .pdf format

2)     Your company logo and website

3)     Your MLS office id’s

Please let me know if you have any questions.  As soon as I receive the information above I will get you a firm quote.  We can usually have a custom site up within 2-3 weeks of receiving the company forms.  If I have any questions about the forms I will ask.
