Installing TrueForms
Online plug-in add-on for Internet Explorer*
*NOTE: TrueForms will only work
with Internet Explorer
In the Single Sign-On module on your
NEOHREX Home page, click the TrueForms button
If you do not have the Single Sign-On module on your Home page,
click the Customize Home Page link and add it...
The following window will open; click the Install TrueForms Online
Add-on button...
Click the Run button to save (download) the
Add-on...
Click Run again to run (install) the Add-on...
Click the Finish button when installation is
complete...
Click the green Click here to Start TrueForms Online
button...
Click the yellow notification bar at the top of the window, then click Install Add-on...
TrueForms will open to NO FORMS CURRENTLY OPEN...

If you open
TrueForms from a Listing Details screen, a Transaction Profile Sheet
will open with the listing details pre-entered...

Opening TrueForms
Online Outside of NEOHREX
In Programs, click TrueFormsOnline Login...
Login with your NEOHREX credentials...

TrueForms will open at the Getting
Started dialog; click Access the Forms Library...

The NEOHREX Forms Library opens from left...

Hold down the Control (Ctrl) key to click-select
more than one form...

The selected forms are loaded...

Click the Add Selected Forms button...

Click Current Transactions to view all loaded
forms...

Enter pertinent information on one form...

...and common information automatically appear on
the other forms...


Click File | Save Transaction to save your
work...

Click File | Open Online Transaction to open a
saved transaction...

Click File | Create Transaction to
create a new transaction...

Click the Forms Library tab at left...

The NEOHREX Forms Library opens from left...

Hold down the Control (Ctrl) key to click-select
more than one form...

The selected forms are loaded...

Click the Add Selected Forms button...

A package is a predetermined set of forms, typically related to one type of transaction
Click the Forms Package tab...

Click the Create/Edit Forms Package button...

Click the Create Package button...

Enter a name for your package and click OK...

Select the forms and click the Add Forms
button...

Click the Save & Exit button...

With a transaction open, click File | Print Forms in Transaction...

With a transaction open, click File |
Email Form(s)...

Click Add button to enter your
recipients email address...
(Tip: Send email to yourself to create a PDF of any form or transaction)
Click the Send
Email button to send the transaction...

The
transaction will be sent as a PDF file...

Select the word, phrase or section,
Right-click the selected section, then click Strike...

To clear the stricken section, Right-click the section and click
Clear Strike...


Click Tools | Clause Library | View Clause
Library...

Click the Add Clause button...

Enter the clause and a name/description of the clause; click
OK...

With the form open, click Tools | Clause Library | View Clause
Library;
Click on the form where the clause is to be entered...

Click the description of the clause to be used, the click the
Paste button...

The clause is placed into the form...

On the Menu bar, click Tools | Calculator...

Select the Loan option and Display Amortization Schedule
button...

Adding Additional Documents to a
Transaction
With an open transaction, click the Add Other Documents tab...

Browse to and select PDF, spreadsheet, word document or image files,
then click the Open button...

Your additional documents will be listed below
the Forms in Contract list...

Your Other Files will included when you
email your transaction...

Open the Forms Library, double-click the desired form...

Then click File | Print Blank
Form(s)...

TrueForms Internet Explorer plug-in, click either Repair/Update plug-in
or Install TrueForms Online Add-on button...

Installing TrueForms Desktop
Click the Install TrueForms Desktop Software button; Run TrueForms locally from your computer without having to log in to TrueForms Online
